Solace is a new construction 135 unit, mixed-use, two building development in the North Williams District. The development is located at the Northeast and Southeast corners of N. Vancouver Avenue and N. Shaver Street in Portland. The development features a unique restaurant space with its own private elevator access to a second story rooftop terrace that overlooks N. Vancouver Avenue.

Portland Housing Bureau awarded the Development a Multiple-Unit Limited Tax Exemption. It provides a 10-year tax exemption on the residential portion of the Development’s improvements in exchange for reserving 20% of the Development’s apartments at Portland’s 80% median income rents for tenants earning 80% or less than Portland’s median family income.
